BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE
Any service booked through online Square Space will require a credit or debit card number to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged if you no-show your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS
Confirmation text messages and/or emails are made a minimum of 48 hours in advance as a courtesy to the client to allow them a 48-hour period in which they may cancel or reschedule their appointment if needed. This allows enough time to fill the open appointment time with a client from the waiting list. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subjected to pay 50% of the services reserved to reschedule the appointment.
No shows will be charged the full dollar amount of the scheduled appointment.
These charges must be paid in full the day of the appointment you no show or before any future appointments are made.  
 
DEPOSITS
All deposits go towards the price of the service.
Color Corrections require a $150 non-refundable deposit. ​Hair Extensions require a non-refundable deposit.

CARD FEE

All services paid with a card will be charged a credit card processing fee.
 
PRE-BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Clients are encouraged to schedule out their appointments in advance, you can only schedule your appointments 12 weeks out. If you have a special day coming up (weddings or other special events) and it is more than 12 weeks out, please contact me directly to schedule.

SALON PRICES
Prices are determined by the time & expertise it takes to complete the service. For color cost there is a separate charge for color used on top of the cost of the service. Please see vish.
(Certain services may have increased pricing due to cost of products, examples are hair color, deep conditions, extensions, and blonding services ).

TARDINESS
A 15-minute grace period is allowed to all clients, however, to ensure that I am to stay on schedule, any client that is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment (for whatever reason) will be required to reschedule.
If you are running late, please call or text me to let me know.
As your hairstylist, on the rare occasion that I maybe running more than 15 minutes behind schedule, a courtesy call will be made as soon as the situation is realized to alert you of my tardiness.

VISH

The prices that are listed on our services are just for the service itself. It does not include the cost of the hair color product we use. That cost is determined through a smart scale program so we aren’t under or overcharging you for the product used. 

I started using Vish in our salon in November. We made this decision for a few reasons. The coloring services we have listed on our menu is just for the service itself. It does not include the cost of hair color. This system allows us to accurately pass the cost of the color on to the individual wanting the service. Every clients haircolor service is custom. This prevents someone who may not use a lot of hair color from paying the same price as someone who may use a lot more. Thus making it fair for our clients.

Vish was created by hairstylists, like us, to solve inventory and color waste challenges. We use Vish to determine the cost of the hair color we used on your hair color service so we are not overcharging you for product.

What is Vish?

Vish, put simply, is a scale and a software program. The scale is a smart scale with Bluetooth capabilities. We connect the scale to our phones or tablets to run the Vish program. The program has a database that holds all of our client information. When we mix your hair color we select your profile. The scale uploads what we’ve mixed for your hair color and saves it into your notes. When we are finished applying your hair color we reweigh the color bowl used for your service. It weighs anything that we did not use so you are not charged extra for color. It also updates the exact amount that was used on your color application. This is great for two reasons. One, we have the exact custom formula and grams that were used on you so we can mix that exact formula again. And two, so we aren’t over mixing every time thus preventing color waste.
