5 Things you can do right now to GROW YOUR HAIR

We all want long hair and we want it now! Here are 5 things you can easily add to your routine to help grow your hair faster!

  1. Add a homemade rosemary root spray to your scalp/roots 2 times a day. The recipe is easy! Boil rosemary on your stove top. Let cool down. Strain out the rosemary and put liquid in a squirt bottle. Spray at your scalp morning and night. Keep refrigerated. Rosemary has been proven through scientific research to be just as effective at growing hair as Rogain. Consistency is key! Don’t skip and you’ll soon notice a difference!

  2. Sleep on a silk pillow case. When we move around while sleeping our hair can get caught on pillowcase fabrics and either brake or pull hair out at root. A silk pillowcase will give a slip so hair does not get caught while your snoozing away!

  3. Add a hair growth supplement to your daily routine. We all get busy and when we do we forget to eat the necessary nutrients consistently to support hair growth. Adding a supplement will ensure you are doing everything you can to give your body the building blocks necessary to grow healthy hair!

  4. Use a weekly bond building hair mask. Building and strengthening the bonds inside of your hair will prevent the ends of the hair from breaking or splitting. So not only is the hair growing but the ends aren’t breaking so you will be able to maintain the length of your hair! Popular bond building masks include Olaplex and Redkins PH bond building masks. 5. Add an oil to the ends of your hair after you style in the morning. The oil will give your hair a nice slip so it will prevent tangles and breakage throughout your busy day whether that is a messy bun on top of your head or a textured beach wave. Apply the oil on your hair starting at jaw bone and pull through to the ends of your hair. (It will also add shine!) So again if the ends aren’t breaking you will be able to see the hair get longer not just have growth at the roots!
